The client, a hosting services startup, approached us to build a platform from scratch without providing clear information, requirements, or documentation. Their initial goal was to create a “copy” of Hetzner, a leading player in the hosting industry. However, due to Hetzner’s scale and complexity, this was not feasible.
Throughout the project, we guided the client through the entire product development process—from defining the business model and product strategy to UX research, wireframing, prototyping, and delivering a fully functional UI design system tailored to their business needs.
The project started with initial discovery sessions to understand the client’s vision for a hosting platform. Due to the lack of clear documentation or requirements, we structured the process into iterative phases. We guided the client through defining the business model, identifying user needs, and setting realistic goals. The design process moved from research and ideation to wireframes, UI design, and final high-fidelity mockups, ensuring continuous feedback and collaboration with the development team.
